Expert knowledge of comprehensive contracts
Spie batignolles covers comprehensive construction and infrastructure contracts of all types. Its expertise managing projects of all sizes – including design-build contracts, comprehensive performance contracts, partnerships, build contracts, operation-maintenance contracts, build-operation-maintenance (BOM) contracts, design-build-operation-maintenance (DBOM) contracts and energy performance contracts (EPC) – proves it can deliver a tightly controlled, functional, long-term project suited to emerging uses and combining high performance and low energy consumption. To manage large-scale or particularly complex projects, the Group has formed a special unit and multi-disciplinary team that brings together all the necessary in-house and external resources.
New business lines to broaden its range of services
Focused on responding to its clients’ needs, Spie batignolles regularly broadens its range of services by adding new business lines and skills – either by hiring new employees or external growth. These business lines enhance the Group’s strategy when it comes to new issues such as the use of nature and vegetation in projects (landscaping, ecological engineering, etc.) or site safety (intruder detection systems, access control systems, ID checks, etc.).
