Projet Mon Logis Spie batignolles est
Fully integrated digital transformation
Spie batignolles has successfully modernised its ways of working and the tools it uses, for example by adopting BIM, augmented reality, collaborative mobile platforms, foresight tools and predictive maintenance as well as tablets to enable employees to oversee projects on the move. The idea is to improve the way the Group designs and steers its projects while optimising performance of its structures. The Group supports each and every employee over the long term as they learn to integrate these new tools and ways of working, putting them in a position to spearhead the company’s digital transformation.
Processes and materials rewriting the rules of construction
As a partner of towns and regions and in response to the current social and environmental challenges, Spie batignolles is furthering the use of new construction materials and processes that pollute less and perform better. Examples include modular construction, hybrid wood/concrete structures, passive buildings, recycled coatings, smart roads and smart buildings. Spie batignolles also uses bio-sourced and low-emission materials wherever possible. These processes fall within a wider approach to eco-design and eco-construction that enables the Group to provide innovative and scalable responses that are well suited to even the most complex issues.

AT THE CUTTING EDGE OF BIM
Spie batignolles is actively
rolling out the use of BIM technology on the ground.
By using 3D digital modelling
and combining BIM techniques with augmented reality tools such as Bloc in Bloc or the construction- specific collaborative mobile platform Resolving, the Group is able to create added value directly at the worksite by improving
the cost, quality and timescales of projects.
40 projects are currently managed using BIM, including the:
• Operations and Maintenance
Centre in Champigny-sur-Marne • Caen prison
• Flow Montrouge office building • Projet Mon Logis, a new housing
development in Sainte-Savine
